what matters
Our Community Matters
I witnessed the deterioration of the school system in California, and trusted someone else to stop it. They didn't. As a result, I moved my family to Wilson County. Since then, I've witnessed the same forces at work. They shift the focus away from proficiency. I will work hard to ensure materials in our classrooms are balanced and age-appropriate. I will prioritize our students for life outside the confines of our schools.

Many in our community with conservative values are ready for a leader who will promote equal opportunity for ALL, instead of equal outcome. The goal is a healthy school environment. It begins with focused classrooms, and with support from our exceptional teachers and parents, which leads to a better future for all of us!
